Trio Apaches

Orchid Creative

LICMF 2016

Trio Apaches was officially formed by Matthew Trusler, Thomas Carroll and Ashley Wass at the 2012 Lincolnshire International Chamber Music Festival.

The Trio is named after an innovative and often controversial group of Parisian-based artists which formed around 1900.  Its members included the composers Ravel, Stravinsky and Manuel de Falla, as well as painters, poets and music critics of the day.

Orchid Creative is a production company that exists to bring ambitious and innovative projects to life.  Able to draw on the expertise of Orchid's record label and marketing divisions, we offer an unparalleled opportunity to realise diverse and exciting ideas.

We work closely with collaborators throughout the creative development process, helping to identify target audiences and channels of distribution, and to achieve artistic and financial objectives.

Over the course of thirteen exciting events, spread across Lincolnshire, LICMF 2016 explores the fascinating relationship between music and film through the talents of some of the world's most respected musicians.

Alongside a series of traditional chamber music concerts there will be several innovative and exciting events which juxtapose artistic genres, including a a show exploring the life, career and music of Charlie Chaplin.
